Case summary
The WWTF flows were greater than80% of the plant design flow for more than 90 consecutive days. This permitee failed to submit a wastewater facility improvement report as required by the NPDES permit, also, the permittee has periodically discharged wastewater containing BOD, TSS, fecal coliform bacteria, and acute whoe effluent toxiciy levels in excess of the effluent limits in the NPDES permit. This AO requires the permitttee to evaluate the WWTF and implement remcommended projects to achieve full NPDES compliance.
