DURING THE INSPECTION OF AN EAST HAMPTON BUS COMPANY. EPA AND IRS OFFICIALS DISCOVERED THAT YANKEE TERMINALS INC SUPPLIED THE BUS COMPANY WITH HIGH SULFUR DIESEL FUEL. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTIONS REVEALED THAT YANKEE DELIVERED NON-COMPLIANT FUEL TO A TOTAL OF EIGHT OTHER TANKS AT MUNICIPAL AND BUS FLEET FACILITIES.
