BRADSHAW AND HIS COMPANY, COUNTREE LANDSCAPE BY PAUL BRADSHAW, INC., FILLED AROUND 2.5 ACRES OF WETLANDS IN MIDDLEBOROUGH, MA. THE FILL ALTERED/IMPACTED AROUND 10 ACRES OF WETLANDS AT THE SITE. THE FILL WAS PLACED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OF AN ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS PERMIT REQUIRED BY SECTION 301(A) AND 404 OF THE CWA. THIS VIOLATION WAS DISCOVERED IN 1985 BUT THE VIOLATION WAS NOT CORRECTED AFTER ORDERS FROM THE CORPS.
