Background.(a) 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(2) requires each agency to maintain and make available for public inspection and copying certain kinds of records.
Procedure.(b) To gain access to OFM records that are available for public inspection, contact the Freedom of Information Act Officer by writing to the address shown in § 3011.4(b) of this title.
