Certification procedures.(a) All applicant households shall be certified in accordance with the eligibility and certification provisions in §§ 253.6 and 253.7.
Eligible households.(b) Only Indian tribal households, as defined in § 254.2, may be eligible for the Food Distribution Program in FNS service areas.
