This part provides regulations for the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) for Farmers program as authorized by the Trade Act of 1974, amended by Subtitle C of Title I of the Trade Act of 2002 (Pub. L. 107-210), and re-authorized and modified by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5).
