§ 520.3 Definitions.

As used in these regulations:
Commission(a) The term means the Marine Mammal Commission;
Director(b) The term means the Executive Director of the Marine Mammal Commission;
exempt materials(c) The term means those materials described in § 520.2(b);
non-exempt materials(d) The term refers to all materials described in § 520.2(a), but not included in § 520.2(b); and
General Counsel(e) The term means the General Counsel of the Marine Mammal Commission.
