6101.27 Relief from decision or order [Rule 27].

Grounds.(a) The Board may grant relief, for a reason recognized in Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, from a decision or order that, alone or in conjunction with prior decisions or orders, resolves all of an appeal, petition, or application.

Time limit for motion.(b) A party may move for relief under this rule within 120 days after that party receives the decision or order at issue.

Effect of motion.(c) A pending motion for relief under this rule does not affect any obligation to comply with a decision or order.
