Grounds.(a) The Board may on motion reconsider a decision or order for a reason recognized in Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Arguments and evidence previously presented are not grounds for reconsideration.
Time limit for motion.(b) A party may move for reconsideration of a decision or order on an appeal or petition within 30 days after that party receives the decision or order. A party may move for reconsideration of a decision or order on an application within 7 days after receiving the decision or order. The Board does not extend these time limits absent good cause or if the decision has become final as a matter of law.
Effect of motion.(c) A pending reconsideration motion does not affect any obligation to comply with a decision or order.
