For purposes of applying those provisions under title IV-D, shall read which refers to the Office of Child Support Enforcement; shall read which refers to the Director, Office of Child Support Enforcement; shall read which refers to the Deputy Director, Office of Child Support Enforcement; shall read which refers to the Regional Administrator of the Administration for Children and Families; and shall refer to the State IV-D agency.
