Federal RegisterThe Corporation shall publish annually a notice of its system of records maintained by it as defined herein in the format prescribed by the General Services Administration in the ; provided, however, that such publication shall not be made for those systems of records maintained by other agencies while in the temporary custody of the Corporation.
