StateTitles I, X, XIV and XVI (as in effect without regard to section 301 of the Social Security Amendments of 1972) shall continue to apply to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. The term as used in such titles means Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
