Several other regulations and statutes apply to this part. These include, but are not necessarily limited to:

(b) Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (31 U.S.C. 3701 note);
et seq.(c) Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 );
