(a) As used in this part, all terms not defined in this section shall have the meaning given them by the Act.
Act(b) means the Clean Air Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 7401-7671).
Agency(c) means the Environmental Protection Agency.
Administrator(d) means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
