As used in this part, the term:
Federal Register documentFRL.Federal Register(a) means a document intended for publication in the and bearing in its heading an identification code including the letters
Admininstrator(b) means the Administrator or any official exercising authority delegated by the Administrator.
General Counsel(c) means the General Counsel of EPA or any official exercising authority delegated by the General Counsel.
