As used in this part:
individual, maintain, record,system of records(a) The terms and have the same meanings as specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a.
EPA(b) means the Environmental Protection Agency.
Working days(c) means calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
