Purpose.(a) This part implements the Legal Services for Homeless Veterans and Veterans At-Risk for Homelessness Grant Program to award legal services grants to eligible entities to provide legal services to eligible veterans.
Scope.(b) Legal services covered by this part are those services that address the needs of eligible veterans who are homeless or at risk for homelessness.
