§ 60.13 Publication in the Federal Register and other NPS notification.

Federal Register(a) When a nomination is received, NPS will publish notice in the that the property is being considered for listing in the National Register. A 15-day commenting period from date of publication will be provided. When necessary to assist in the preservation of historic properties this 15-day period may be shortened or waived.
