The area.(a) Beginning at the shoreline north of the boat basin, latitude 33°13′10″, longitude 117°24′19″; thence westward to latitude 33°12′48″, longitude 117°24′56″; thence southward to latitude 33°12′32″, longitude 117°24′44″; thence eastward to latitude 33°12′47″, longitude 117°24′17″ (a point on the breakwater); thence northeastward along breakwater to latitude 33°12′58″, longitude 117°24′09″; thence northward along shoreline to point of beginning.

The regulations.(b) (1) No vessels shall anchor within the restricted area at any time.

(2) Dredging, dragging, seining, fishing operations, and other activities, which might foul underwater installations within the restricted area, are prohibited.

(3) All vessels entering the restricted area shall proceed across the area by the most direct route and without unnecessary delay.

(4) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commanding General, U.S. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, and such agencies as he may designate.
