The danger zone.(a) From the west side of the access channel at latitude 28°24′37″, longitude 80°35′35″ to the east side of the access channel at latitude 28°24′37″, longitude 80°35′26″ and the entire basin.

Regulations.(b) (1) No unauthorized person or vessel shall enter the area. The area will be used for loading and unloading explosives. The entrance to the basin will be marked by suitable boundary signs.

(2) The regulations will be enforced by the Commanding Officer, Naval Ordnance Test Unit, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, or such agencies he may designate.
