The danger zone.(a) A circular area with a radius of 1,000 yards having its center on the aircraft bombing target hulk James Longstreet in Cape Cod Bay at latitude 41°49′46″, longitude 70°02′54″.

The regulations.(b) (1) No person or vessel shall enter or remain in the danger zone at any time, except as authorized by the enforcing agency.

(2) This section shall be enforced by the Commandant, First Naval District, and such agencies as he may designate.
