The area.(a) Beginning at a point located at latitude 26°05′30″ N.—longitude 80°03′30″ W.; proceed west to latitude 26°05′30″ N.—longitude 80°06′30″ W.; Thence, southerly to latitude 26°03′00″ N.—longitude 80°06′42″ W.; Thence, east to latitude 26°03′00″ N.—longitude 80°05′44″ W.; Thence, south to latitude 26°01′36″ N.—longitude 80°05′44″ W.; Thence, east to latitude 26°01′36″ N.—longitude 80°03′30″ W.; Thence, north to the point of beginning.

The regulations.(b) (1) Anchoring, trawling, dredging, or attaching any object to the submerged sea bottom shall be prohibited in the above described area.

(2) The regulations of this section shall be enforced by the Facility Director, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Detachment Dania, Florida, and such agencies as he/she may designate.
