The area.(a) That part of Banana River N of the NASA Banana River Causeway near Orsino and extending above the head of said river to the N and westerly to Kennedy Parkway North.
The regulations.(b) (1) All unauthorized craft and personnel shall stay clear of the area at all times.
(2) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Director, John F. Kennedy Space Center, NASA, Cocoa Beach, Fla.
