The areasArea “A”.(a) —(1) A triangular area bounded by the following coordinates:

Area “B”.(2) A rectangular area bounded by the following coordinates:

The regulations.(b) (1) Anchoring in the restricted areas is prohibited with the exception of U.S. Government owned vessels and private vessels that have been specifically authorized to do so by the Commanding Officer, Atlantic Fleet Range Support Facility.

(2) The regulations in this paragraph shall be enforced by the Commanding Officer, Atlantic Fleet Range Support Facility, Roosevelt Roads, P.R., and such agencies as he may designate.
