The danger zone.(a) The waters within a rectangular area beginning at a point in latitude 21°17′56″ N., longitude 158°05′21″ W., thence to latitude 21°17′30″ N., longitude 158°05′21″ W.; thence to latitude 21°17′58″ N., longitude 158°02′49″ W., thence to latitude 21°18′24″ N., longitude 158°02′49″ W.; thence along the shoreline at the highwater mark along the southerly boundary of Naval Air Station, Barber's Point, to the point of beginning.
The regulations.(b) (1) The area is closed to all surface craft, swimmers, divers and fishermen except to craft and personnel authorized by the enforcing agency.
(2) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station, Barber's Point, Hawaii, 96862, and such agencies as he/she may designate.
