The area.(a) An area 2,000 feet wide extending from a point on Cape Prince of Wales marked by a triangular cable marker located approximately midway between the village of Wales and Cape Prince of Wales Light to a point four statute miles due west of the cable marker with the axis of the area passing through the two points.

The regulations.(b) (1) No vessel shall anchor in the restricted area described in paragraph (a) of this section.

(2) Dragging of anchors in or across the restricted area is prohibited and no object attached to a vessel shall be placed on or near the bottom.

(3) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commander, Third Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and such agencies as he may designate.
