The Army Maritime Claims Settlement Act.(a) The sections pertinent to maritime affirmative claims are set out at 10 U.S.C. 4803-4804.
The Rivers and Harbors Act.(b) The section of the Act pertinent to affirmative claims involving civil works of a maritime nature is set out at 33 U.S.C. 408.
