§ 257.5 Responsibilities.

The following responsibilities may not be redelegated:

General Counsel, Department of Defense,(a) The shall accept service of process for the OSD.

Secretary of the Army,Chief, Litigation Division,(b) The or his designee, the Office of the Judge Advocate General, shall accept service of process for the Department of the Army.

Secretary of the Navy,General Counsel,(c) The or his designee, the shall accept service of process for the Department of the Navy.

Secretary of the Air Force,Chief, General Litigation Division,(d) The or his designee, the Office of the Judge Advocate General, shall accept service of process for the Department of the Air Force.
