§ 1903.15 Preservation of property.

The following are prohibited:
Property damage.(a) Destroying or damaging private or Government property.
Theft.(b) The theft of private or Government property.
Creation of hazard.(c) The creation of hazard to persons or things, the throwing of articles of any kind from or at buildings, vehicles, or persons while on an Agency installation.
Improper disposal.(d) The improper disposal of trash or rubbish while on an Agency installation.
