et seq.The information collection requirements contained in 30 CFR 725.15, 725.23(a) and 725.24 have fewer than 10 respondents per year, they are exempt from the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 ) and do not require clearance by OMB.
