§ 1922.1 Definitions.

Full Text
Act(a) means the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
Board(b) means the Board of Investigation.
Administration(c) means the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Assistant Secretary(d) means the Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health.
Injury(e) means accidental injury or death arising out of and in the course of employment, and such occupational disease or infection as arises naturally out of such employment or as naturally or unavoidably results from such accidental injury.
