Federal RegisterIn order to efficiently carry out the purposes of the Association, the Association may appoint any person its true and lawful attorney-in-fact by publication in the or by appointment from the President of the Association in writing. Any such attorney-in-fact shall have the power outlined in the publication or appointment.
