Authority, Board, collective bargaining, collective bargaining agreement conditions of employment, confidential employee, dues, exclusive representative, General Counsel, labor organization, management official, Panel,person,(a) The terms and as used herein shall have the meaning set forth in 22 U.S.C. 4102.
Assistant Secretary(b) The term means the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Labor-Management Relations.
