Specifications.(a) Each milliliter of solution contains 40 milligrams (mg) azaperone.

Sponsor.(b) See No. 058198 in § 510.600(c) of this chapter.

Related tolerances.(c) See § 556.68 of this chapter.

Conditions of useIndications for use.(d) —(1) For control of aggressiveness when mixing or regrouping weanling or feeder pigs weighing up to 80 pounds.

Dosage.(2) 2.2 mg per kilogram (1 mg per pound) by deep intramuscular injection.

Limitations.(3) Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
