Specifications.(a) Each tablet contains amoxicillin trihydrate equivalent to 50, 100, 200, or 400 milligrams (mg) amoxicillin.

Conditions of use in dogsAmount.(c) —(1) Administer 5 mg per pound of body weight twice daily for 5 to 7 days or 48 hours after all symptoms have subsided.
