Specifications.(a) Each milliliter of solution contains 10 milligrams (mg) telmisartan.
Sponsor.(b) See No. 000010 in § 510.600(c) of this chapter.
Conditions of useAmount.(c) —(1) Administer 1.5 mg/kilogram (kg) (0.68 mg/pound (lb)) orally twice daily for 14 days, followed by 2 mg/kg (0.91 mg/lb) orally once daily.
Indications for use.(2) For the control of systemic hypertension in cats.
Limitations.(3) Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
