Specifications.(a) Each tablet contains 500 milligrams (mg) of methocarbamol.
Sponsor.(b) See No. 054771 in § 510.600(c) of this chapter.
Conditions of use in dogs and catsAmount.(c) —(1) Administer 60 mg per pound of body weight in two or three equally divided doses, followed each following day by 30 to 60 mg per pound of body weight, usually not to exceed 14 to 21 days.
Indications for use.(2) As an adjunct to therapy for acute inflammatory and traumatic conditions of the skeletal muscles in order to reduce muscular spasms.
Limitations.(3) Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
