(a) The definitions and use of terms contained in subpart A of part 725 of this title shall be applicable to this part.
(b) For purposes of this part, the following definitions apply:
State agency(1) means, with respect to any State, the agency, department or officer designated by the workers' compensation law of the State to administer such law. In any case in which more than one agency participates in the administration of a State workers' compensation law, the Governor of the State may designate which of the agencies shall be the State agency for purposes of this part.
The Secretary's listFederal Register(2) means the list published by the Secretary of Labor in the (see § 722.4) containing the names of those States which have in effect a workers' compensation law which provides adequate coverage for death or total disability due to pneumoconiosis.
