Who must file.(a) Any oil pipeline company requesting new or changed depreciation rates pursuant to part 347 of this title if the proposed depreciation rates are based on the remaining physical life of the properties or if directed by the Commission to file service life data during an investigation of its book depreciation rates.
When to submit.(b) Service life data is reported to the Commission by an oil pipeline company, as necessary, concurrently with a filing made pursuant to part 347 of this title or as directed during a depreciation rate investigation.
