insurance companyFor purposes of sections 12(d)(2) and 12(g) of the Act [15 U.S.C. 80a-12(d)(2) and 80a-12(g)], shall include a foreign insurance company as that term is used in rule 3a-6 under the Act (17 CFR 270.3a-6).
