Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Portable Hook-On Chairs,http://www.astm.org/.https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/cfr/ibr-locations.html.Each portable hook-on chair must comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F1235-18, approved May 1, 2018. The Director of the Federal Register approves the incorporation by reference listed in this section in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
