funding agreement(a) The term shall have the meaning according to it under 35 U.S.C. 201(b).
contractor(b) The term shall have the meaning according to it under 35 U.S.C. 201(c).
Federal laboratory(c) The term shall have the meaning according to it under 15 U.S.C. 3703(4).
