Federal Register(a) The Secretary publishes in the a list of the Department's program and activities that are subject to the order and these regulations.
Federal Register(b) Unless otherwise stated in the listing identified in paragraph (a) of this section, these regulations do not apply to the Department's financial assistance transactions with other than governmental entities.
(c) The Bonneville Power Administration shall satisfy the requirements of these regulations by compliance with the consultation requirements of the Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act, Public Law 96-501.
