<p>Bankruptcy — Debtor’s exemption — Exemption—Attachment execution.</p> <p>Money allowed a bankrupt “in lieu of his exemption” may be attached in the hands of the trustee in bankruptcy on a judgment entered against a bankrupt on a note wherein the bankrupt waived the benefits of the exemption law.</p>
