Syllabus

<p>Nonsuit. — A motion for a nonsuit should not be granted when there is any evidence to sustain the allegations of the complaint.</p> <p>Conflicting Evidence — Verdict of Jury. — Where there is a substantial conflict in the evidence, the verdict of the jury will not be disturbed.</p> <p>Damages. — Where it is shown that the death of a child is caused by negligence of the defendant, and the jury find a verdict for the sum of $2,000, held, not to be excessive damages.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
