Syllabus

<p>1. Counterclaim—Action against Joint Maker of Note—Right to Make Common Defense.</p> <p>One of two joint makers of a note, when sued alone therepn, may plead as a counterclaim a breach of warranty in respect to machinery for the purchase price of which the note was given, and which was sold by the plaintiff to the makers of the note jointly.</p>
