<p>Justice op the Peace. Jurisdiction. Amount. Animals hilled. Same tort. Single cause of action.</p> <p>A justice of the peace has no jurisdiction of separate suits for the value of each of several animals negligently killed by defendant at the same time and in the same manner, whose aggregate value exceeds his jurisdiction in amount, the transaction giving rise to but one indivisible cause of action.</p>
