<p>«Common Carrier. Passenger’s baggage. Business papers. Principal and agent.</p> <p>Papers relating to the business of his principal, placed by an agent in his trunk and carried solely for the purposes of his principal’s business, are not baggage, and in the absence of the con-' sent of a common carrier of passengers to accept them as baggage, there being no custom to do so, damages cannot be recovered either for loss, or delay in the carriage, of such papers.</p>
