<p>Appeal and Ebbob.. Presenting defenses in lower court.</p> <p>Where a carrier is sued for the value of goods lost in shipment, it cannot on appeal for the first time, raise the question that the bill of lading fixed the value of the goods, at less than the amount of the plaintiffs recovery.</p>
