Code 1906, section 4296.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, section 4296 providing that “all persons who fail to file objections shall be concluded by the approval by the hoard of supervisors,” the judgment of the board of supervisors approving the assessment roll cannot be attacked collaterally by proving matters in pais, going only to the evidence upon which the final judgment of the board rested.</p>
